Resident of District #15 Cries for Help to Rep. Abu Kamara and Others to Help his Sister Seek Advanced Medical Treatment

A resident of Gbandi Town Community, District #15 Montserrado County, is calling on philanthropists and institutions to help his 24-year-old sister seek advanced medical treatment.

In a Bana FM interview on Monday on the Bushrod Island, Aphonso Tokpah narrated that his sister, Patience Tokpah, was taken to the JFK Medical Hospital for delivery, where doctors discovered a growth in the stomach.

According to him, the doctors at the government hospital conducted a C-section on his sister, which unveiled the condition.

A C-section, also called a cesarean section or cesarean delivery, is a surgical procedure in which a baby is delivered through incisions in the abdomen and uterus.

It is performed when a vaginal delivery is not possible or safe, or when the health of the mother or her baby is at risk.

Our reporter who visited the home of Patience said the lady’s current condition is deteriorating, noting that she has to be aided before attending to nature.
