Authorities of the Ministry of Justice say results of the autopsy on the remains of the late Bartum Jacobs have concluded and a report is pending.
The disclosure was made Tuesday by Deputy Justice Minister for Codification, Cllr. Nyanati Twan.
Fifteen-year-old Bartum Jacobs was found dead on July 27, 2021, in Wayzohn City, Wee Statutory District, Grand Bassa County, allegedly on account of hanging himself.
During Tuesday’s session at the House of Representatives, Grand Bassa County Wee Statutory District #4 Representative Vincent Willie accused authorities of the Liberia National Police and Ministry of Justice of doing nothing to bring the alleged perpetrators to book; something he said is creating tension in his district.
