Several Citizens Made Homeless in the Borough of Krutown due to Fire Disaster

The fire occurred on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at approximately 2PM  and left many properties destroyed.

In a Bana FM exclusive interview on Monday, victims of the incident said they were taken by surprise, adding that the cause of such a disaster is yet to be established.

They explained that due to the degree of the fire, they were unable to take any of their properties; something they said has made them totally confused and do not know how to start over.

The fire victims noted that they are currently living without shelter and other materials due to the situation, thus calling on the National Disaster Management, President George Weah and humanitarians among others to come to their aid.

For their part, the owners of the destroyed houses described the situation as a total disappointment and setback, which has left them with nothing.

They at the same time called on the victims to remain kind as they work together to find an amicable solution to solving the situation.

Meanwhile, Montserrado County District #16 Representative hopeful ,Robert Teah, has vowed to provide shelter for the victims as his initial intervention.

The District #16 Representative aspirant is calling on well-meaning Liberians to join him in giving hope to the fire victims.
