
The Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) has come to a close in the final nine counties of Liberia, marking the end of Phase Two of the exercise.
This phase covered Bong, Nimba, Lofa, Grand Gedeh, and Sinoe Counties, as well as Rivercess, Maryland, River Gee, and Grand Kru.
Beginning on April 21 and ending on Thursday, May 11, 2023, Phase Two adhered to the National Elections Commission’s (NEC) regulations, bringing the BVR exercise to a close nationwide.
Prior to Phase Two, Phase One had already taken place in Montserrado, Bassa, Margibi, Bomi, Grand Cape Mount, and Gbarpolu Counties.
