Buchanan Port Manager & Statistician Suspended Without Pay for Alleged Financial Impropriety

National Port Authority (NPA) Buchanan’s Port Manager, Mr. Charles D. Gull and Amara Kamara, Chief statistician, Out- station Port, have been suspended with immediate effect without pay by the management for alleged financial impropriety.

According to the NPA, until the outcome of an ongoing investigation which the two employees have been subjected to, they will remain suspended.

The actions of the Port Authority employees are in strict adherence to the NPA’s administrative axe against any of its staff who may be found punishable for unscrupulous acts.

The NPA has confirmed that all details and findings concerning the ongoing probe and subsequent actions by the management will be released to the public.
