Chief Justice, Sie-A-Yene Youh cautions Lawyers to refrain from submitting Petitions that lack proper Law citations or Reliance.

Liberia’s Chief Justice Sie-A-Nyene Youh has cautioned lawyers against submitting petitions to the Supreme Court without proper law citations or reliance, warning that those who do so will be held accountable.

Additionally, the Chief Justice emphasized that the Election Magistrates are hired and compensated by the National Electoral Commission, and are not part of the Judiciary Branch by law.
