Eric Patten unanimously elected official spokesperson for ULFA..

The full membership of the University of Liberia Faculty Association (ULFA) has unanimously elected Eric Patten, Secretary General for the institution.

Mr. Patten has been acting in the SG position for several months following the ascendency of ULFA’s then Secretary General, David B. Kwiyarhe to the top management level.

He was elected unopposed during the Association’s General Assembly for the first semester of 2021/2022 academic year held on the UL’s Capitol Hill Campus on Saturday, December 3, 2022.

Our Reporter said the ULFA Elections Commission took a four-vote having been cast by four members in the box as a symbolic representation of the white ballot slot of the newly elected Secretary General.

He was with immediate effect inducted into office, served oath of commitment to upholding the sanity, good image, bylaws and constitution governing the University of Liberia Faculty Association.

In a short remark minutes after his induction, Eric Patten predicted that his election would have been an overwhelming process by his colleagues.

The ULFA’s Secretary General has however vowed to uphold every value given him, maintain the character and not getting corrupted by his ascendency.

He also promised to deliver on the new portfolio with the collective efforts of all members of the University of Liberia Faculty Association.

Mr. Patten further lauded the full membership of the Association for the confidence reposed in him and also solicits their cooperation in the interest of the institution.
