The Resident Judge of the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Grand Bassa County, Cllr. Joe barkon is calling on Judges, Magistrates and other judicial actors to remain impartial and independent in the dispense of Justice.
Judge Barkon made the call recently during the opening of the August term of court in Buchanan City.
According to the Resident Judge, justice should always be served to ordinary citizens amid some major challenges faced by the judicial branch in the country, stressing that the court is the last place of hope for everyone.
Judge Barkon further admonished Judges and Magistrates to render fair judgement in cases that would be brought before them as they continue the engagement both with the executive and legislative branches of government about their salaries reduction and benefit.
