The Management of Liberia Cocoa Corporation says,  it was deeply troubled by the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry and the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission  published  reports that contains  not only gross misrepresentations of the  facts,  but outright lies against Liberia Cocoa Corporation and its CEO,  Momolu Tolbert.

Recently, the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission placed Agriculture Minister Jeanine Cooper, her Deputies and Assistant Ministers under corruption allegation for investigation due to a report from the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry that the MoA is involved in acts of corruption.
