Massive Rally Planned to Show Gratitude to President Weah; Experts Warn of Potential Disruptions

The ruling Coalition for Democratic Change has announced a colossal assembly of over half a million dedicated members and supporters on the prominent Tubman Boulevard, scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2023, commencing at 10 am.

As per the Chairman of the CDC, this significant gathering of CDC partisan’s and supporters aims to express heartfelt gratitude to President Weah for his unwavering, unstoppable, and groundbreaking contributions to the progress of Liberia.

The event, named “President Weah Appreciation Rally,” will take place in Congo Town, Monrovia.

Political experts speculate that this extensive gathering of CDC members on Monday will result in a complete lockdown of Monrovia and its surroundings, causing severe disruptions to traffic flow, hindering government revenue generation, and significantly impacting the financial stability of households.
