Today, the Ministry of Information, with support from USAID and Internews, will debut their latest radio program, “Policy Dialogue.”
This new addition to Liberia’s public platform aims to provide citizens and foreign residents with access to government information.
The show will feature strategic government officials who will explain public policy issues concerning the country’s developments and educate listeners.
The program’s launch is based on Article 15 (C) of Liberia’s 1986 Constitution.
“Policy Dialogue” will be broadcast on OK FM, bringing the number of national platforms to six, including the MICAT Press Briefing, LINA Panorama, New Liberia Newspaper, MICAT Facebook Live, and MICAT Hour on ELBC.
Through these platforms, the government seeks to provide public access to information about the state and its workings.
