Education Minister Ansu Sonii says the Ministry is investigating 50 teachers who have abandoned the class rooms while receiving salaries.
Minister Sonii threatened to issue lawsuits against the 50 teachers for theft of service if they are found guilty of the alleged act.
The education Minister made the statement Wednesday when the Ministry commenced the distribution of motorbikes to District education officers, as well as computers and printers to County Education officers.
