VP Taylor Admonishes Senators to Work in the Citizenry Interest Prior to Break

Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has reminded members of the Liberian Senate to focus on what she describes as crucial works still in Committee Room upon their return for the next legislative session.

Making a brief statement during the official closure of the Fourth Session of the Legislature Tuesday, the President of the Liberian Senate named the amendment of the National Code of Conduct, the National Youth Policy as an important instrument, including the National Whistle Blower Act among others as some major works left in Committee Room while Senators go on the break.

Vice President Taylor further admonished members of that august body to continue working in the interest of the citizens and for the development of the country.

She also thanked the Liberian Senate for the opportunity afforded her to serve the country in accordance with constitution during the Fourth Session of the Legislature.
