Representative Moses Acarous Gray has accused several opposition members, including Senators Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence and Jeremiah Koung, of being dishonest and dishonorable. In addition, Gray named Senators Prince Moye, Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, and James Biney as individuals who have hidden their actions from legislative staffers.
On May 16th, hundreds of legislative staffers collectively endorsed former Vice President Boakai for the Liberian presidency in the October 10 polls. However, Gray criticized Senators Koung and Moye for not advocating for the rights of legislative staffers during the harmonization process. He specifically highlighted their failure to address the actions of staffers who denigrated President Weah and blamed him for causing hardship in Liberia.
Gray expressed shock at Senator Moye’s involvement, as he was the Deputy House Speaker at the time and presided over the passage of the instrument.
