Speaking to a team of reporters Thursday at the LDEA Headquarters, Commander Papa Gombu said seven bags comprising of 476 lbs. of high Grade marijuana were discovered with Francis Wallace in New Town, Harper District.
He further stated that the LDEA got the intelligence on Wednesday April 12, 2023, and responded to the scene.
The alleged perpetrator Francis Wallace is undergoing investigation.
