Internal Affairs Minister Honorable Varney A. Sirleaf is calling on citizens to cooperate with enumerators during the National Housing and Population Census.
The Minister said the success of any census requires the collective efforts of all citizens and residents.

Speaking during a press briefing at his Capitol Hill office Friday, Minister Sirleaf called on County Superintendents and all local government officers to be receptive and welcome census workers in their areas of control.
The Minister is at the same time calling on all political leaders, civil society organizations and religious leaders to encourage their followers and supporters to turn out to be counted.
He noted that information generated through the census will be used for development purposes for the good of all Liberians.
