She is quoted as saying “by this donation, Orange Liberia is living out responsibly its Social Corporate policy, for you are contributing to a worthy cause in support of the health and education of girls in Liberia.

It followed the GSM company’s commitment of support at the recently launched She’s You Menstrual and Personal Hygiene Initiative last month.
Madam Mediem thanked Orange Liberia and reaffirmed the First Lady’s commitment to buttressing government’s efforts in improving the lives of the underprivileged, especially women and girls. She disclosed that to achieve such commitment, Mrs. Weah’s flagship program, She’s You Movement, has become diversified in how it empowers and supports women and girls.

The She’s You Menstrual & Personal Hygiene Initiative is the latest of several projects being implemented under the She’s You Movement.
The Initiative seeks to promote personal and menstrual hygiene through basic assistance including awareness, provision of sanitary pads and other items.
