Sen. Nuquay Dedicates Two Major Projects in Fulfillment of Campaign Promises

Margibi County Senator, James Emmanuel Nuquay has dedicated two major projects as part of effort in fulfilling his campaign promises.

The two projects include the construction a bridge and modern youth center for citizens in the county.

Speaking during the dedication ceremony during the weekend in Garmamu, Lower Margibi County, Senator Nuquay stressed the need for citizens to have adequate access to some key facilities in their interest.

He recounted that during the December 8, 2020 special senatorial elections, electorates of his constituency among many things, requested for the construction of a bridge and center that would capacitate young people in the area.

Senator Nuquay also told the gathering that all promises made by him during the special elections be fulfilled in the county, adding that his humanitarian gestures are not for bragging purposes.

The Margibi County Senator at the same time thanked the engineers for executing the projects, including the people of Garmamue for their support.

Senator Nuquay also presented Six Thousand United States Dollars to the management of Peace FM, one of Margibi County community radio stations to help purchase their equipment.

According to him, the gesture is also in fulfillment of one of his campaign promises, adding that he will always work with the media institution in the interest of the county.

For their part residents of the areas lauded Senator James Emmanuel Nuquay for the level of work done in their area and promise to use it for the purpose intended.
