
As the second phase of the biometric Voter registration exercise is ongoing in 9 of Liberia 15 counties, House speaker and representative of Pleebo Sodoken District, Dr. Bhofal Chambers has arrived in Pleebo Sodoken District, Maryland County with a rousing reception of over 10,000 citizens.
The arrival of House speaker Dr. Bhofal Chambers has brought together cross-section of citizens from the 29 Nyanbo towns and villages, including Harper, Karluway and Barrabo districts to received their speaker.
House speaker Dr. Bhofal Chambers received a rousing reception from several elders, traditional leaders of the district, youth, women, men, including Maryland County Senator, Hon. J. Glebo Brown and amongst others.
Addressing cross-section of citizens upon his arrival, Speaker Chambers firstly expressed excitement over the huge numbers of people who left their busy schedule to welcomed him to his own Homeland, Pleebo Sodoken District, Maryland County.

Moreover, Speaker Chambers acknowledged Marylanders, most especially, People of Pleebo Sodoken District, at the Pleebo City Hall to take advantage of the ongoing biometric Voter registration exercise and get their ID card to vote on October 10, 2023.
According to him, the voter ID card is the Voice, choice and decision of the citizens, and it determines the future of their Districts, county and country at large.
He added that women of Pleebo Sodoken District, Maryland County will be more empower amongst others.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with team of reporters, Speaker Chambers said he has no opposition, and infact, there’s nothing like opposition to him in the district.
Speaker Chambers maintained that he doesn’t oppose to people and he will never be an opposition to anyone, noting that he believes in team work, unity and togetherness, amongst others.
Something which he said, he believes in cooperation for the betterment and common good of Pleebo Sodoken District, Maryland County and Liberia as a whole.
